753889 - stage.mo -> releases.mo breaks staging beta builds for update testing

A recent RelEng change made stage.mozilla.org point to releases.mozilla.org instead of ftp.mozilla.org. This change breaks our ability to stage beta builds since releases.mo only houses Release builds.

Here is a sample broken URL:
http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/11.0b6/win32/es-ES

Speaking with Ben Hearsum, this was an intentional change RelEng made last week. Going forward we should point our automation to use https://ftp.mozilla.org

This should be considered a BLOCKER since it prevents us from running update tests.
