Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to site and zoom in on a section
2. Pan around the page while zoomed in

What you expected: Pages pan normally

Actual result: Some elements stay on the display when panning, instead of moving off screen. Screenshot attached.

Have also noticed this behavior on svtble.com
