Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to vimeo.com/m
2. Choose a video you want to watch.  
3. UI loads
4. Click play button to play video
5. Nothing happens 

What you expected: Video starts loading and playing after clicking play button

We're looking to see if it's an issue on our end or really an evangelism/WebKit issue in bug 719694.
