Normally, I click on the Mozilla Icon and it directs me to my ATT Home Page and I log on and I can access my emails and browse if I wish. However, about a week or so ago, I kept getting this error message (attached). I tried uninstalling and installing Firefox but it does not change. I still get the same error message and I can't use the internet unless I use Internet Explorer. I don't like Internet Explorer. Please help!
Hey Sheryl, thanks for filing a bug. Could you attach the error message you mentioned so we can investigate further. Thanks!
Sheryl, based on the error you sent me, it look like the page you had saved for your homepage no longer exists. I suggest copying the URL from Internet Explorer into Firefox and saving that as your home page.

See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/How%20to%20set%20the%20home%20page for further directions on setting your homepage in Firefox.

Since this bug doesn't seem to be an issue with Firefox, I'm going to close this. If you need further assistance, please try finding an answer on https://support.mozilla.org/ first.
