754429 - Enable tinderbox coverage and nightly builds for Jaegermonkey branch

These seem to have been turned off at some point (sensibly, as the branch hasn't been used for several months) --- ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/ doesn't have JM builds and a couple recent pushes to JM didn't trigger any tests on tbpl.  I'm going to be using this branch for work on bug 718121 and it would be good if these could be reenabled.

This would be for several months, with no definite end date.  I would prefer to use jaegermonkey as it is the branch I've used for similar projects in the past and I get nostalgic.

It wasn't (directly) turned off because it hadn't been used, it was turned off because until bug 712244 is fixed, there's a hard limit on the number of tree+job combinations we can have, and we're up against that limit.

Far as I know, you only have three choices:

* hope that the patch just attached to bug 712244 will land quickly and push out the underlying problem long enough

* grab a free disposable branch and  use it instead

* grab a free disposable branch, and morph this bug into a "please comment out the Maple twig so it's possible to uncomment Jaegermonkey"

I forgot the vague estimates of time: grab a twig and use it, maybe a few hours for IT to reset the repo to a clone of m-c or whatever you're starting from; grab a twig and sacrifice it so jaegermonkey can come back to life, maybe Thursday, maybe next Monday or Tuesday, since it requires a patch and a buildbot reconfig; wait for 712244, unguessable.

Should be back in business, if you no longer want the nightlies just file a new bug, or tell me, and I'll get rid of them.
