Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: https://air.mozilla.org/libertyprofile/

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Aurora
2. Go to https://air.mozilla.org/libertyprofile/
3. Play Video
4. Note video constantly resizes

What you expected: Video To Play without "size jumping"

Tested on asus transformer
This works fine for me on the Galaxy Nexus with the latest aurora build. Also works fine on mozilla-central. qawanted to see if QA can repro on the transformer or any other devices.

Just re-tested with 14.0A2 and can confirm this still happens.

More info:

Asus Transformer TF101
Android 4.0.3

Occurs both horizontal and vertical orientations.
I am able to reproduce the issue on Nighlty Native 15.0a1 2012-05-14 Asus Transformer TF101 running Android 4.0.3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab running Android 3.1 for webm videos(for e.g. people.mozilla.org/~nhirata//html_tp/big_buck_bunny_480p.webm).

I was unable to reproduce the issue on any phones ( HTC Desire Z(Android 2.3), HTC Desire (Android 2.2), Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Android 4.0.2))

Also the issue seems related to/ a variation of Bug 737021 - "Webm video is larger in play mode then when paused "

Forgot to add this in the comment: Here is a video of the issue reproduced on the Transforme TF101 http://youtu.be/QrPAJzKfK6U.
I'm able to reproduce on the Galaxy Tab as well. This seems like a similar issue to bug 750334 except it happens on some of the frames in the video instead of on images. Probably a layout issue; noming for blocker.
