Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec and go to cnn.com.
2. Before the page loads close Fennec to create a crash(Bug 754677).
3. Tap "Close" in the crash reporter.

Expected results:
The report is sent and then Fennec is closed.

Actual results:
Fennec is restarted after the report is sent.
