75489 - `Mozilla Full Installer' folder window has bad size/position/view

I thought this was a Build Config bug, but apparently it's an Installer bug.

Build: 2001041004, Mac OS 9.1

To reproduce:
*   Download and unStuff MacMozillaFullInstaller.sea.bin.
*   Open the `Mozilla Full Installer' folder.

What you see:
*   A large window, which (at 800*600 resolution) is half off the screen, and
    which is in `View as List' mode even though it only contains three
    top-level items.

What you should see:
*   A small window near the top left corner of the screen, which is in `View as
    Icons' mode with the icon `Mozilla Installer' appearing first.

This has been partially fixed -- the window now appears near the top left of 
the screen. However, it is still in List mode, when it should be in Icons mode.

comments in this bug indicate it's been partially fixed. i don't see this when
downloading the commercial bits (as recent as 6/1). it's still a huge window
that comes up at random places on the desktop.

Fix is NOT in production yet. I've tested some applescript to modify the 
installer window appearance, but I'm not totally happy with it yet.
I'll post a patch here when ready.
If satisfactory, I'll suggest to land it on the 0.9.1 branch to improve user's 
first impression asap.

fixed as of 2001-06-05 trunk builds. (mozilla & netscape)
(Installer window should be nicely layed out. Might extend the patch to the 
"Installer Modules" folder to look even better)
