Details

In Fizzilla, the scroll bars and form elements of windows that have been
deactivated are not deactivated/dimmed/disabled.
i swear we have this bug for macos9.
Wouldn't be surprised, but I couldn't find anything when I did a search on 
'window' or 'control'.

The word to search for was "dim".
