+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #455749 +++

There are now 249 entries in http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/country_names_and_code_elements.htm, but we only have 246. The new ones are:

bq - Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba
cw - Cura\u00e7ao
sx - Sint Maarten (Dutch part)

I think we should add (French part) to Saint Martin as a consequence of the last one and because that's what's in the iso_3166 code list (Saint Martin is an island, half the territory is french and the other half is dutch).

One other option is to just go for 'Sint Maarten' and assume people get it.

Oops, the antilles are gone and that means that there should be one more.

This is a dupe of bug 705542, which is likely going to wind up being fixed by bug 716321.
