had bugzilla 4.0.6 with mysql 5.1.58-1ubuntu1
tryed to install bugzilla 4.2.1 an use the old bugs, users ...

run checksetup.pl --check-modules
run checksetup.pl
edit settings in localconfig
run checksetup.pl
