As part of the mobile NativeUI project, we need to create a new, mobile-friendly (responsive, etc) FAQ page.

The content is apparently being created in bug 719929, but that bug is marked private so it's hard to gauge what's really there. Jaclyn, can you either open that bug up or bring the final content over into this bug? Until then, we won't be able to make any progress on this one.

I'm assuming that final content won't impact the design of this page since we're using our standard collapsing/expanding accordion.
