Steps to reproduce:

AES-GCM support is required.


Actual results:

AES-GCM is not available


Expected results:

AES-GCM support should be available.
Target Milestone: --- → 3.14
Is this targeted at TLS? I ask b/c TLS 1.2 is required to have AES-GCM support in TLS.
This is for IPsec based VPNs.
