755556 - Robocop: upgrade to robotium-solo-3.2.1.jar

Description

robotium-solo-3.1.jar is checked in to m-c under build/mobile/robocop. Version 3.2.1 is now available.

I don't know of any specific, relevant problems that this update addresses, but this it is advertised as more stable -- that's always good!

Testing locally, I have found 3.2.1 to be as reliable as 3.1.

Yes (it doesn't show in the splinter review view, but it's in the patch):
