755809 - FF13 Firefox & You HTML email template slicing

We have an email template we're working on that will need to be sliced at some point.  Like all of our email templates, please take email html / css restraints not consideration.  

- inline css 
- use tables for layout
- Err toward table nesting when possible. (Table nesting is far more reliable than setting left and right margins or padding for table cells)
- Use a container table for body background colors

Silver Orange has coded most of our templates and they do a good job.  Might make sense to send these their way. 

We need the template in hand by June 8

Here is the newsletter. I've done some very basic testing in IE and in Hotmail/Gmail. Let me know of any issues.

Links that were in the provided template remain the same as the template. Other links may need to be updated.
