We have RSS feeds for reviews on AMO: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/reviews/format:rss

We should do the same for ratings on Marketplace.

This is actually super easy. We already have this on AMO. This should just be a matter of adding <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS" href="{{ request.get_full_path() }}format:rss">
