overall negatively reviewed app
Currently, every app says "Not Yet Rated". Attached are some mockups -- based on icons I stole from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/mozilla/webdeveloper/ -- for how to visually show whether an app is overall positively or negatively rated. Ensure sure that apps sorted by rating are correctly sorted by `bayesian_rating`.
