75597 - CreateProfile doesn't create a profile on HPUX 11i

When using the CreateProfile on HPUX 11i, no new profile is created.  This works 
on HPUX 11.00.

STEPS to reproduce:

1.  Make sure that the profile name you are going to create is NOT already 
located in your .mozilla directory.
2.  At the command line type "./netscape -CreateProfile <profile name>" where 
<profile name> is a name of your choosing (i.e. "./netscape -CreateProfile 
mulberry")

On 11.00 it will create the profile and then exit back to the command prompt.  
On 11i, it will just start netscape.

NOTE:  If you create a profile with 11.00 and using the profile manager, delete 
it, the files will be deleted, but the directory for the profile will still be 
in your .mozilla directory.  If you then try to re-create the same profile using 
11i, it will be created.  I would assume from this that N6 on 11i is having some 
problems with directory creation.
