I didn't find source tarball under

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/13.0b2-candidates/build1/

but it seems builds are ready.
The builds aren't ready, only en-US are there and they are unsigned. We are currently switching to a new automation system which has a few teething troubles which is why I haven't mentioned b2 to the normal folks yet, once we're a bit closer (like having source tarball up, then I'll contact).

The source tarball should have already been fixed by bug 755632, we've just not re-run that yet as there's more significant issues.
