Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Marketplace Developer Hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/
2. Submit an app manifest https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/
3. On the Edit App Details page, provide a valid video for the app.

Expected results:
After the video is uploaded, the "Continue" button is activated.

Actual results:
User is unable to continue the submission process, if only a video is provided. The button "Continue" activates only when a screenshot is added.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF15 Nightly (Win 7). Issue is not reproducing on production.
