Things we need to do first:

* Create listener system for Console.jsm, have dump() plug into it
* Make http monitor call console not FBTrace (find a solution for FBTrace options like DBG_ERRORS)
* The name of the window is HTTP Monitor should be NetMonitor
* Create a way to have options prefix setup at initialize()
* Wire showNetworkErrors to existing Console NET_ERROR category
* Trim down size of options in httpmonitor/chrome/defaultPrefs
* Closing/reopening the NetMonitor causes problems
* Sometimes we need to re-connect to a tab to get output
* I am seeing following error: Chrome file doesn't exist: C:\src\mozilla.org\fx-team\_obj-browser-debug\dist\bin\chrome\browser\content\browser\devtools\blank.gif ()
* Remove domplate (it's in devtools already)

There could be more things to add.
