Our datetimeformat helper now is timezone aware. The timesince helper should use the same logic so when it says "Today", it is correct in the timezone of the user and not only in Pacific Time.

To clarify this, users in timezones that aren't PT will see weirdness when looking at the datetime for something and then a timesince for the same thing. The weirdness increases the further you are away from PT.
