Steps to reproduce:

On windows 7, using a touchscreen.

1. Change tabs in Firefox using only the touchscreen
2. Using the touchscreen and the taskbar, minimize Firefox or open another window.




Actual results:

1. the tab tooltip displays the title of the opened tab
2. the tab tooltip remains visible on the screen


Expected results:

1. the tab tooltip displays the title of the opened tab
2. the tab tooltip is closed when Firefox is minimized.
Did this just start happening? Did it happen in a previous version of Firefox? Is it happening in the latest nightly? nightly.mozilla.org

Fairly sure this issue has been around for a few versions of Firefox. I don't know exactly when it started, as it took me a while to consciously notice the issue and link it exclusively to Firefox.
