Details

When a new theme is applied using the "View > Apply Theme > [name of theme]"
menu, the location listed in the address bar is not updated when a new page is
loaded.  This happens whether the new page is a link, a bookmark, or a link from
a sidebar tab.  The location is updated correctly when using "File > Open web
location" or "File > Open File" menus, or by typing into the address bar.  The
address bar behaves correctly after a restart of mozilla.
