Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: Steps to reproduce: 1. www.ktnv.com 2. Click button to watch weather video 3. www.ktnv.com/multimedia/videos/?bctid=1647947233001 4. I've had other sites play only the sound and not the video, but with this video, I could not click to make the play/pause button appear so I could stop it. 5. When I tapped on the video frame, a picture would quickly blink there, but quickly go away. What you expected: Crash report ID (if applicable):
