My wife uses this add-on to make playing her Facebook games easier. It's not AMO-hosted (sigh), but anyway.

This add-on injects some controls to make handling lots of game requests faster, such as the "Accept All" button seen in the attached screenshot.

This injected content does not appear in Firefox 13. I can't figure out why. There are no errors or notable warnings in the Web Console, and nothing stands out (so to speak) when I view the page in 3D view in the Inspector.

Unfortunately it looks like we never got to investigating this until 3 years after, and then that was a WFM check. Given a lot has changed in the 8 years since this was filed, I'm going to mark as incomplete. Eric, if this is still an issue, please feel free to re-open.
