The attached patches provide the following fixes and enhancements for
Qt-Mozilla:

1) Fixes a problem with re-entrancy in Menus
2) Fixes a problem with nsTimerQt::SetDelay that causes animated images to speed
up after a page reload
3) Adds support for Double-Byte fonts

sorry for spam:

John: are there some screen shots of QT-Mozilla available and how usable is it?
Can I build it just by doing something like --enable-qt ??  (I will look for the
correct syntax with ./configure --help, but is it something like this?).
