The current dataset is 8G. Perhaps sync{1..4}.web.phx1.svc can allocate 10-12G of RAM to Couchbase without material impact. Otherwise, aside from external copy performance (rebalance unaffected), this is probably fine to set below dataset size.

In use: 2.44GB
Other Data: 15.9GB
Free: 5.1GB

Cluster memory usage:

In use: 9.78GB
Unused: 14.2GB

Cluster disk usage:

In use: 11GB
Other data: 51.4GB
Free: 1.68TB (tera)
lowered to 4GB for sync1..4.phx1 and leaving at that for now. work continues on the 1..4->5..7 migration in case we have enough ram.
