Details

To avoid a 3gb limit, we started doing win32-pgo-builds on win64 builders. bug#753132 has details.

It seem that these win32-pgo-builds-on-win64-builders are still being counted under the win2k3 entries of the wait times emails... which makes it hard for RelEng +IT to figure out how many win32 machines need to be reimaged as win64 machines to handle the increased load on win64 builders.

Note, reporting should also handle:
* Remaining win32-nonpgo-builds will soon be generated on win64 builders.
* We're rolling this win32-builds-on-win64-machines change out across the release trains over time, so aurora, beta, release and esr will each need win32-builds-on-win32-builders for a while.

(not sure which component this should go into)
