On Windows Opt builds (Win and WinXP), Peptest is failing with this error:
'bash' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
program finished with exit code 1
elapsedTime=0.832000
basedir: "'bash' is not recognized as an internal or external command,\r\noperable program or batch file."
Since that's the first buildstep, long before anything the test harness itself could do, I'd say that's releng's problem.
