Steps to reproduce:

this bug is similar to several other bugs (e.g. #594500) but this occurs when using the scroll on the keyboard using arrow key (down/up).

TO REPRODUCE:
============
Launch Firefox
Start a tab and find a page with a link to a pdf
Right click the link and open in new tab
Left-click the previous tab to put the pdf in background
Use down arrow on keyboard to scroll down



Actual results:

Scroll does not work
Even after clicking on the page, scroll using the arrow key does not work


Expected results:

scroll should work using arrow keys

This version is old, no loner supported and the bug should be already fixed in Firefox12 which is the recent version

(could search for the dupe bug but marking invalid for the old Version)

the latest main release (12.0) has the fix.
this is non-issue.

UPDATE: Arrows on the keyboard work however, there is still an issue in Firefox 12 using the scroll on laptop touchpad. Will search for open sighting. MATT, do you know of any open bug in Firefox 12 related to this?
