Between what we used to ship in the 1.1 days and today, there've been quite a few changes to mobile/chrome/region.properties. All of them without reviews, which would have caught some of the bustages early.
Not all were undone, so I'd like to get feedback on the attached diff, what's on purpose, and what's not.
