At the moment scratchpad executes code in the context of the active tab, but sometimes you need to change tab to look at the docs etc.. Would be nice to have an option to bind scratchpad execution context to a specific tab, so that after switching to a different one, it will still execute code in a bound document context.
Somewhat related to this is that people have asked for a Scratchpad that is located in the browser tab, which would certainly imply that it's bound to that tab.
depends on dockable panel. Filter on BLACKEAGLE?!
