Yikes, the universal subtitles stuff was NOT intended to get into production. I'll revert.
Oh, this wasn't in production - just a glitch in dev. Fixed by James' merge from master a few minutes ago: https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/commit/659e7e6f47bda9220982a4d7a225d56edd0334f6#apps/marketplace/templates/marketplace/partners.html
