$ hg push
pushing to ssh://hg.mozilla.org/projects/oak
remote: ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

The second time I tried pushing it just timed out.

Ryan experienced something similar as well.
Just hit this on my local machine (seems possibly related):
> $ hg incoming
> remote: Could not connect to the LDAP server at ldap://ldap.db.scl3.mozilla.com
> abort: no suitable response from remote hg!

dup'ing against bug 758035 - this issue was caused by that and I confirmed with devs that it is no longer happening
