This may be similar to bug 750572, but the search description does not list all selected values for a multiple-selection custom field search. It appears to just display the last item.

Which all selected values? Custom multi-select fields are not displayed in query.cgi. You can only use them from boolean charts. So where did you enter the values you are talking about? (a screenshot could also help)
