Change the "Go" icon to "Refresh" when the url is the same as the current page.

Before I found the Refresh menu item, when I wanted to refresh the page I would tap the url, and then tap the Go button. Since what we're doing at that point is refreshing the page, it would be nice to have the icon show that. (Alternate, possibly easier-to-implement suggestion: Change the "Go" icon to "Refresh" until the user edits the url.)
