When I try to click on a tab while in full screen mode, it is easy to click a menu instead, by mistake, because it will display itself when the mouse is at the top of the screen, which is exactly where the tabs are..

Safari has no problem here for two reasons:

1) tabs are on the bottom so the menu bar is not displayed when I try to click a tab.
2) when I do want to see the menu bar the tabs and the url bar and moved down so that they are still present/visible.
