I see this error at http://netaddress.usa.net and http://www.google.com .

Form buttons not working at nightly build 20010412XX.

I removed this nightly build after these cases happen.

Sometimes errors may be very very boring.

Reporter : did you select XBL-based forms ?
I'm also seeing this bug.
Using build 2001041212 on Win2K with XBL-based form controls turned off.
both of the pages work fine for me with a linux CVS build from the afternoon of
April 12th...
