Per our discussion, here is the list of items that need addressing on this page:

- Fix height of header
- Pad the areas around the icon and app name heading
- Remove space before second category (i.e., "Business , Games")
- Fix summary and description (arrow bleeds) - also see bug 751963
- Revert to using CSS icons for device types
- Install/Manage buttons (actions) should span 100% of the page
     - Firefox Nightly sadness
- Gallery sliders should work with slide events (bug 759195)
     - do not let slide if there is fewer than one "page"
     - also affects homepage and category browse pages
- Make Videos work within overlay (bug 759557)
- Show Purchase History on detail page (bug 747144)
- Prettify Support section (bug 757300)
- Prettify "Installed" and "Purchased" icons (bug 752943)
- List Purchase history on detail page (bug 747144)
- (non-pre-approval) PayPal purchase flow - convert modal to overlay (bug 758720)
- Pre-approval purchase flow (sign up -> back to detail page; may need to do polling to see if PayPal tab is closed)
- Statistics (these pages can be mobile-ified later in bug 758472, but let's at least we should hide the links on mobile)
