Attached image Error - FF.png
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0
Build ID: 20120420145725

Steps to reproduce:

Tried downloading a file

Actual results:

The file size is large - >2GB. The file size in the download window showed negative values.

Expected results:

The correct file size should be displayed
Summary: -ve file size in download window for large file sizes → Negative file size in download window for file >2GB
Could it be related to the discussion at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=545053 especially the last comment ?
No it is not. The thread refers to the file size being shown as -1, while if you see the screenshot attached, the file size gets displayed with an large -ve number.

I suspect it is caused by an overflow when the content size is too large. I do not have a large file to test today to check if has been fixed or not. I will perform the test once again using the latest stable version when I have a large file to download, and post again if the issue has been resolved or not.
Probably same issue as bug 745477.

When you had this problem, were you using the extension "Video Download Helper"? Do you still have this issue?
