Update l10n tutorial

Looks good.
There is a really little nit :p
There always is a space before `!` (and `?`) in french
So it is not "Bonjour!" but "Bonjour !".

That's interesting, and definitely worth fixing.

sorry for the bug-distraction; I pushed bug 758673 (2 digits transposed from this one) to mozilla-inbound with this bug number on it by accident.. this comment is for the kind soul that merges inbound to note. (or at least for me to get cc: on and fixup if its all done by script)
