758892 - File action selection dialog has 1 pixel offset between header and data text

The action selection dialog, used to select the open/save action for a link to a file, has a 1 pixel offset between the dialog's header text and data text. Header (e.g. "which is a:" or "from:" is 1 located pixel higher on the screen than the data next to the header (e.g. "ZIP archive..."). The attached screenshot shows the issue.

This is probably Windows-specific, but seems to be quite old. First one Nightly 15 user noticed it (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=12014207#p12014207), then I noticed it to appear also on Aurora. I installed old nightlys to a virtual PC and noticed that the bug manifests already in old nightly 7.0a1 from June 2011. Either this is something that has recently surfaced due to some other change in Windows (font handling?), or the bug has gone unnoticed quite a long time.

All reported instances have been on Windows 7.

The offset is still present in current Aurora. 

Not sure if the classification of the bug is right, as there has been no reactions from the developers. Or it might even be an annoying intentional feature :-(
