Details

We need to figure out and run startup performance tests so we can evaluate changes we want to do, such as bug 758439. This will also be required for landing (I presume)

FWIW, the about:startup addon shows no measureable hit when starting up with no providers (and therefore with social not enabled). I'm sure there will be a different story when starting up with social enabled though (which I'm not yet in a position to test)
We are resolving this since it's just going to be part of the check-in process.
