The CLOSED status is not defined on that page, and some of our users were wondering what the intention of the status was.
b.m.o doesn't use CLOSED, so there is no reason to describe it. About Bugzilla itself, CLOSED has been removed from the default workflow in Bugzilla 4.0, see bug 486292. If an installation reintroduced or kept CLOSED, then their admins are responsible to update the documentation, but that's not something we will do upstream.
