Attached file Larch schedulers
While trying to fix bug 697802 I noticed there are many unused schedulers still in buildbot_schedulers.schedulers. For example, see the attachment for what we have for larch. Anything with a last_processed less than 1340948 hasn't been used long time. All these all entries made it much harder to figure out what was still relevant, and if any progress was being made.

Is there any reason to keep these around ? Should we be doing regular maintenance to remove rows that aren't getting updated, and hence avoid the problem when re-enabling branches ?
