When playing video or audio using the HTML <video> and <audio> elements on b2g with the 'controls' attribute, no controls appear.

Steps to reproduce for video:

1) Go to http://cd.pn/b
2) Notice absence of controls
3) Click on video to play
4) Clicking on video while playing doesn't show controls

What should happen:

Steps 2 and 4 should show builtin controls.

Steps to reproduce for audio:

1) Go to http://cd.pn/a
2) Notice absence of controls
3) Wait for audio to play (it's autoplay)
4) Clicking on audio while playing doesn't show controls

What should happen:

Steps 2 and 4 should show builtin controls.
