At the second start AppRunner creates the "Mozilla" window, and tries to connect to cvs-mirror.mozilla.org . As I am behind a firewall, it does not succeds (Unable to locate host cvs-mirror.mozilla.org). After that happens nothing. There is no (documented) way to set proxy parameters before this. Setting the proxy parameters for FullCircle has no effect on AppRunner.

The easiest way to set your proxies right now is to set them in 4.x and then copy your prefs.js file from 4.x over to your prefs50.js file, where it will then read in the proxy settings. If you need more info please holler. Marking resolved and verified. Note: there will be UI for this coming up.
