"Duplicate of this bug" is misleading

Details

When another bug is marked as a duplicate of a bug, the bug that was duplicated has a comment added saying "Duplicate of this bug: <bug number>." This message is misleading and could lead the reader to think that the original bug is a duplicate of the, well, duplicate bug, and they may decide to go to the duplicate and comment there instead. I'm not sure whether or not this is just a BMO configuration bug, so I am putting this under the Bugzilla product for now.
I forgot to mention that a better implementation would be: "<bug number> has been marked as a duplicate of this bug."
