Hi Tabitha, I've just learned that we will need to have interns outside of MTV dial in using Vidyo. Can we change the request to reflect that need, as well as a member of IT to help us out just in case?

*Also, the other event you marked as a duplicate is another event we would like to be scheduled, so that half the interns can go to 6/20, and the other half can go to 8/8. Can you fix the 6/20 event, and update the Vidyo & IT help request for that one too?

If needed, we can delete both and create new bugs for the updates.

Hi all, I checked the bug list to make sure it was OK to change the time to 1pm instead of 12pm. Gary's schedule changed and we needed to move the lunch later. Let me know if this is a problem.
